For audit or any other purposes, you may need to extract a list of program and project membership report.This is possible with a custom report (must be using Spira 8.3+).
Please note that this report is to be used in addition to reviewing the list of users who currently are system admins.Also consider that if there is no active project under the program user is member of - it will not be listed in this report
