We are using Spiratest v4.0 (003).
When trying to execute a test case, we are getting the following error message :

A system error has occurred... Please click on the 'My Page' link to return to the application

Offending URL: __Page
Source: Business
Message: There is no row at position 0.
Stack trace: at APPLICATION.Business.Incident.GetDefaultIncidentType(Int32 projectId) at APPLICATION.Web.TestCaseExecution.LoadIncidentLookups() at APPLICATION.Web.TestCaseExecution.Page_Load(Object sender, EventArgs e) at System.Web.Util.CalliHelper.EventArgFunctionCaller(IntPtr fp, Object o, Object t, EventArgs e) at APPLICATION.Web.PageLayout.OnLoad(EventArgs e) at System.Web.UI.Control.LoadRecursive() at System.Web.UI.Page.ProcessRequestMain(Boolean includeStagesBeforeAsyncPoint, Boolean includeStagesAfterAsyncPoint)

This error seems to occur on a specific project because we have other projects running fine where this error never happened.
We tried different user accounts to be sure the error is not linked to the user : no luck.

Could someone give some help please ? We are stuck and the start of our tests is just less than two week in front of us.

Thanks in advance

Hi,

That error occurs if you do not have an active incident incident type. To fix it, in that project, go to Administration -> Incident: Edit Types and make sure you have at least one type, and that its "Default" is selected as yes.
