Am using a new verson 8.5
System doesn't allow me to attach an image as proof of the incident on spira version 8.5
Please log a support ticket and include a screenshot of what you are seeing.
The current version (8.5) definitely supports image pasting and attachment upload in general.
Update: This turned out to be a configuration issue with the file path for the attachment files. It was solved by correcting the path.
