Need shortcut to insert link to a test cases

Hi,

I have difficulty in inserting a same link to the multiple test cases.
Please let me know if there is any shortcut.
It would be so helpful if there is any shortcut to insert the link.
Please let me know if you need any more details.

Hi Sandeep

You can just copy the Link from the Test Steps grid and that would duplicate the link for you.

Hi JIM,
In the below case, step1 is the copied one, whereas the second one is inserted link.

When executing the test case, I actually don't see the steps of the link for step1, but I see the link only.


Whereas seeing the corresponding steps for inserted link.

Hi Sandeep,

I'm not sure why that didn't work for you. Is this what you did? On the test steps grid, select the link you want to copy, then click the "clone" button in the test step section.

If that does not work, you might be using an out-of-date version of SpiraTest. The latest version right now is 5.0.0.8.

If you are on 5.0.0.8 and still having trouble, please create a Help Desk ticket.
