Custom requirement's statuses, board order and custom link types

Hello,

I am sure that different companies have different processes, so statuses of requirements should be cutomizable (as it is done for incdents in Spira). Like we may have a wish to have status "Estimated", another company may have a wish "my company best status" and etc. How is it possible to add a status that is only for particular Spira installation? We do not use status synchronization between tasks and requirements.

Related question is about status order on a Board. As it is not customizable we can not use Spira  Requirements Board view (we would like to have earlier statuses at the left of the board as it is a well-known best practice, but in our methodology status "Design in Proccess" is earlier than "Ready for Test" while on the board it is shown opposite).

Similar sitation is with association types.  It is normal to expect an ability to add our own association types in addition to these two that are out of the box: "related to", "depends on".
