SPIRA team GIT plugin what is the mechanism behind the pull requests concept

Hello,
We've just migrated our source code tool manager from HG to GIT and I've activated the corresponding plug-in. However, I'm noticing that some projects are not up to date....without any logs raised in the "log events" admin page.
Could you explain what is the mechanism (actions and frequency) behind the following concept extract from the doc: "The plug-in also performs ‘pull’ requests from the specified remote repository to ensure that the local bare repository remains up to date."
Regards.

Hi Olivier

The system polls every X hours to get the latest update from Git. Also if you use a build server and a new build is recorded in Spira with corresponding revisions, that also kicks off the pull from Git.

I you have more specific questions, I'd log a help desk ticket with us.

Regards

Hello Jim and thank you for your response.
Before opening an help desk ticket for more precise information, could you please just bring details for the community about the X hours.....is it configurable?
Best regards

It's every 24 hours, i.e. if the cache wasn't updated in the last 24 hours due to builds or other reasons, it will force a refresh.
